We got great value for our money at Siegerland-Hotel Haus Im Walde. The room was perfect for our needs, and the location, nestled in nature, allowed us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff, especially the helpful young lady named Valentine, went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the delicious pizza and reasonably priced beer made for a fantastic evening. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered garage parking for my motorcycle, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Despite not being recently refurbished, the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. The surrounding town was picturesque, and although the views from the hotel were not as advertised, I still enjoyed my stay. a great place for a short getaway, with excellent amenities including Wi-Fi, free parking, a bar/lounge area, restaurant, flat-screen TV. Perfect for hiking and cycling adventures. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. I would definitely return to this hidden gem.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend in the countryside, with plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding woods. the hotel's proximity to hiking trails was a bonus, and we appreciated the knowledgeable staff who helped us plan our walks. the breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from.

We did find the lack of adequate heating in the early morning to be a bit uncomfortable. the walk back to the hotel from the town center at night was quite dark and a tad bit unnerving.

The hotel had so many exciting activities to keep me busy, I couldn't decide what to do first. The rooms were so bright, I needed sunglasses to look at them. And the complimentary Wi-Fi was perfect for posting all my fabulous selfies.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of having no phone in my room. How refreshing to disconnect from the outside world.
